Refund Policy

All sales are final. Corridos Ketamina LLC does not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Corridos Ketamina LLC is not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the carrier and marked as shipped. This includes packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout if available, or filing a claim directly with the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at corridosketamina@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review each case individually.
